All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective items only If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund or store credit at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Items lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
